QR Code Generator

Create QR codes for links, Wi-Fi, email, phone, SMS, and WhatsApp. Style them with colors, shapes, and your logo, then download as PNG or SVG. Free, no sign-up, and 100% private.

How to use this tool

Pick what the QR code should do, fill in the details, and watch the code update live as you type. Style it if you like, test it with your phone camera, and download it as PNG (pick a size) or SVG for perfect quality at any scale.

100% private: generated on your device, nothing is sent or stored
Link (URL)
Network name (SSID) Password Security
Text
Email address Subject (optional)
Phone number
Phone number Message (optional)
WhatsApp number (with country code) Message (optional)

Adding a logo automatically raises the error correction level so the code still scans.

Your QR code appears here as you type, and updates live with every change.

Test the code with your phone camera before printing. QR codes made here never expire.

Common questions

Do these QR codes expire or stop working?

Never. The information is stored inside the code itself, not on our server, so there is nothing to expire. Many “free” QR services route your code through their servers and break it later to make you pay: ours cannot do that even if we wanted to.

Is it safe to make a Wi-Fi QR code here?

Yes, and this is where privacy really matters: you are typing your Wi-Fi password. On this page the code is generated entirely on your device, so the password never leaves your browser. Use the Print Wi-Fi card button to make a small card you can frame or stick on the fridge for guests.

Will a colored or styled QR code still scan?

Yes, as long as there is good contrast: dark code on a light background works best, and the tool warns you if the contrast gets too low. Rounded and dot styles are fine for phone cameras. Whenever you add a logo, the tool automatically raises the error correction level, but always do a quick scan test before printing.

PNG or SVG: which should I download?

PNG is perfect for screens, documents, and most printing: pick 1024 px for flyers or 2048 px for posters. SVG is a vector file that stays perfectly sharp at any size, which print shops and designers prefer.

What can I put in a QR code?

Anything text-based. Here you can make codes that open a website, join a Wi-Fi network, start an email or WhatsApp chat, call a number, send an SMS, or just show a message. Businesses use them for menus, reviews, and social links; at home they are great for sharing Wi-Fi with guests.
